I’m a one man business providing adult dance fitness classes for adults of all ages and abilities. I started my businesses to bring my love of dance to the community. I provide workout classes that are inclusive for adults with no partner or dance experience required. My classes use a safe space where adults can escape and just be themselves without the pressure of the gym or a dance class. No pressure to get the steps right but a space to let go and enjoy yourself.
